We are happy to exchange or return your order in following cases. 

Customer needs to inform JoChaho Support team by requesting for return on this link within 3 days of delivery date. Valid reasons for return claim are below. 

  • Return will be accepted in case of defective unit(s) or wrong model/color received by customer.
  • Exchange will be done if the customer asked for replacement of same unit in case of defective unit(s) or wrong model/color. 
Items should be returned with all original attachments and accessories and a copy of the invoice within five working days of receipt of order


Invalid return or exchange reasons, which is not part of our returns and exchange policy : 

  • Change of mind
  • Technical fault, in this case we have mentioned Service & Warranty for All brands on JoChaho.pk

How to Return ?


  1. Customer will request for a return or exchange from his/her account. 
  2. JC Team will approve return request within 24 hours
  3. JC team will send pickup request and send courier to customer home for pickup unit(s).
  4. Once unit arrive at JC Warehouse, unit will be inspected by QC team. if the request is valid JC team will call customer for Return or exchange. 
  5. If the product is in ok condition, then the unit will be sent back to customer with no exchange or refund.
